Whether  you are looking to shed those extra pounds or maybe pounding the streets running your marathon personal best, we can help you!

Our strength training sessions combine the workout benefits of the weight floor with the motivation and positive atmosphere of a group fitness class. The Group Fitness are fun-full body workout sessions designed to be challenging for all fitness levels using cardio, warm-up exercises, free weights, resistance bands, medicine ball and core movements that will help you sculpt a lean, strong body.

Benefits: Strengthens muscles, increases cardiovascular ability, enhances metabolism, burns up to 400 calories/hour.
